Clark Services has
been chosen as the exhibit decorator for this event. We welcome
your participation and the opportunity to be of service. Please
plan your space carefully and order early. Note that advance orders
save you money and allow us to serve you better

The size of each booth is 8'D x 10'W.
Includes one (1) 6' table from Clark Services & (2) 110 VAC
outlets. |

BOOTH SPACES ARE FIRST COME BASIS |

AFMS Society members having priority on same time entries.
Booth assignments will be made by the AFMS committee. Vendors can
not request a booth space. |

APRIL 12th, 2010 FROM 8:00 AM UNTIL 5:00 PM ONLY.
NO SET UP AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD!!!!!! |

ENCOURAGED TO BECOME MEMBERS OF THE AFMS. |

Members receive priority
on booth assignments and AFMS Activities and Events

THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ALLOWED BY ANY VENDOR WHO
IS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS SHOW. |

Please report any solicitation from vendors
not participating to a board member or officer so this can be stopped
immediately.

PLEASE OBSERVE COURTESY FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS. |

Please refrain from loud noises, or other
actions that may disturb your neighbor or other participants at
the show.
Please do not visit with customers or clients in other vendor booths. |

Vendor's we need your help please!!!!
In an effort to keep costs and expenses down, the AFMS
is looking for Vendor Sponsorship.
Vendor Sponsorship will go towards our Monday Evening Membership Drive
as well as assist us in getting a Grand Prize item from the society and
sponsors for the Tuesday Afternoon door prize drawings
Please note that this sponsorship is not to take the place of our normal
vendor booth drawings, but to enhance them with a grand prize drawing.
All sponsor's company name and logo (when provide to us) will be listed
as
School/Society Sponsors
Sponsorship cost is $100.00 for your company
Small price to pay for advertisement!!!
And you can add it to your cost of registration!!!!!!!
